Praxisbeispiel: Sommer in Boston<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Die Ausgangslage:<\/strong> Du stehst im Hochsommer am Terminal in Boston und betrittst das Flugzeug. In der Kabine herrschen <strong>30 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Der Commander informiert dich: <em>\u00abKeine externe Klimaanlage verf\u00fcgbar und die APU ist defekt.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Analyse mit TEM (Threats erkennen):<\/strong> Die Hitze von 30 \u00b0C ist eine klare Bedrohung (<strong>Threat<\/strong>). Sie wirkt sich direkt auf Mensch und Material aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jetzt startet das <strong>\u00abWhat-If\u00bb-Denken<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Die zwei Kaskaden-Szenarien &amp; Mitigations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Szenario A: Risiken f\u00fcr die Crew (CC)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>What if&#8230;<\/strong> ein Crew-Mitglied durch die Hitze Konzentrationsst\u00f6rungen bekommt oder sogar kollabiert?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Die Auswirkung:<\/strong> Ein Hitze beeintr\u00e4chtigt das Situationsbewusstsein und die Aufmerksamkeit bei sicherheitskritischen Aufgaben (z. B. Door Check, Security Search). Kollabiert ein CC, fehlt dir eine Crew Member f\u00fcr eine allf\u00e4llige Evakuierung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TEM-Mitigation (Vorbeugen &amp; Handeln):<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Threat Management:<\/strong> K\u00fchle Getr\u00e4nke\/Nass-T\u00fccher f\u00fcr die Crew organisieren, Beine\/Arme abk\u00fchlen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prozess anpassen:<\/strong> Erst die Arbeit in der Kabine starten, wenn die Temperatur unter 25 Grad ist. Bis das der Fall ist wartet die Crew im Terminal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clear Communication:<\/strong> Dem Cockpit sofort melden: <em>Dass wir aus safety gr\u00fcnden im termal waren bis die Kabinen Temperatur unter 25 Grad ist. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Szenario B: Risiken f\u00fcr die Passagiere (Passengers)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>What if&#8230;<\/strong> \u00e4ltere oder geschw\u00e4chte Passagiere einsteigen und einen Hitzeschlag oder Kollaps erleiden?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Die Auswirkung:<\/strong> Die Crew wird zus\u00e4tzlich mit einem oder mehreren medizinischen Notf\u00e4llen belastet, w\u00e4hrend die Kabinenbedingungen die Arbeit erschweren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TEM-Mitigation (Vorbeugen &amp; Handeln):<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Boarding-Stopp:<\/strong> Das Einsteigen verz\u00f6gern oder stoppen, bis die Temperatur gesenkt werden kann oder eine L\u00f6sung vorliegt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauerstoff &amp; Wasser bereitstellen:<\/strong> Erste-Hilfe-Material auf Zug\u00e4nglichkeit pr\u00fcfen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Passagiere informieren:<\/strong> Transparente Durchsagen machen, Wasser verteilen, T\u00fcren f\u00fcr Durchzug offen halten (wenn sicherheitstechnisch zul\u00e4ssig).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
