Es wird voraus gesetzt, dass die Procedure bekannt sind und mental gefestigt. Achte darauf, alle Crew-Members aktiv in das Gespr\u00e4ch einzubinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 1:<\/strong> Was sind die wichtigen Punkte beim Review?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Die Liste im CSPM ist sehr lang \u2013 die Tendenz, nicht alles zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, ist gross.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Mein Vorschlag \u2013 die Abk\u00fcrzung <strong>PEBA:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P<\/strong>osition &amp; Exits \u2013 <em>Wo bin ich, was geh\u00f6rt mir?<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E<\/strong>vakuierungspflichten \u2013 <em>Was muss ich tun?<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B<\/strong>efehle &amp; Sprachen \u2013 <em>Was sage ich zu den Passagieren?<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A<\/strong>usr\u00fcstung &amp; Signale \u2013 <em>Was brauche ich daf\u00fcr?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 2:<\/strong> Wie geht ihr mit M\u00fcdigkeit um \u2013 und wie informierst du deine Kollegen?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> M\u00fcdigkeit wird oft zu wenig beachtet. Die Wahrnehmung wird gest\u00f6rt und die Konzentration nimmt ab.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Sich bewusst sein, dass man bei M\u00fcdigkeit den Fokus noch gezielter setzen muss. Es ist ein grosser Vorteil, wenn die Kollegen wissen, dass du m\u00fcde bist \u2013 so k\u00f6nnen sie dich aktiv unterst\u00fctzen und ein Auge auf dich haben. Offene Kommunikation im Team st\u00e4rkt die Sicherheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 3:<\/strong> Welchen Einfluss hat das Wetter in diesem Szenario?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Kein Bewusstsein f\u00fcr Wetterph\u00e4nomene und deren Auswirkungen.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Die Effekte kennen \u2013 bei schlechter Sicht ist die Orientierung schwieriger. In dichtem Nebel ist es schwerer, die Richtung eines Ger\u00e4uschs zu bestimmen.
