Es wird voraus gesetzt, dass die Procedure bekannt sind und mental gefestigt. Achte darauf, alle Crew-Members aktiv in das Gespr\u00e4ch einzubinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 1:<\/strong> Als dich der Passagier das erste Mal anspricht \u2013 was w\u00fcrdest du fragen?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Nur das Medikament holen, ohne Fragen zu stellen.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Herausfinden, ob der Passagier diese Symptome schon \u00f6fter hatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 2:<\/strong> Als du das zweite Mal zum Passagier kommst \u2013 wie priorisierst du das weitere Vorgehen?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Es wird zeitkritisch \u2013 versuche nicht planlos zu reagieren.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> M\/C rufen, Cockpit informieren und einen Arzt ausrufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 3:<\/strong> Kein Arzt hat sich gemeldet. Der Passagier greift sich pl\u00f6tzlich an die Brust, verliert das Bewusstsein und rutscht im Sitz zusammen. Er reagiert nicht mehr auf Ansprache oder Sch\u00fctteln und zeigt keine normale Atmung mehr. Was sind die n\u00e4chsten Schritte?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Akuter Notfall-Modus \u2013 es wird hektisch.
