Es wird voraus gesetzt, dass die Procedure bekannt sind und mental gefestigt. Achte darauf, alle Crew-Members aktiv in das Gespr\u00e4ch einzubinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 1:<\/strong> Wer hat eine solche Situation schon erlebt? (Der austausch ist wichtig)<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Man wird emotional und dann wird es laut und schwerz zu kontrollieren<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Stell dir vor, diese Person wurde vor dem Boarding durch etwas ver\u00e4rgert. Da durch gewinnst du distanz und f\u00fchlst dich auch nicht verbal angegriffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 2:<\/strong> K\u00f6nnte diese Situation zu einem Sicherheitsproblem werden?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Wenn falsch reagiert wird, k\u00f6nnte es zu einem gr\u00f6sseren Problem werden als zuvor.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Wenn das Verhalten der Person nicht akzeptabel und angemessen ist, kann die Person ausgeladen werden \u2013 gem\u00e4ss den Allgemeinen Bef\u00f6rderungsbedingungen <em>(ABB)<\/em> und IATA-Richtlinien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 3:<\/strong> Der Passagier entschuldigt sich beim M\/C f\u00fcr sein Verhalten. Soll er ausgeladen oder f\u00fcr diesen Flug geduldet werden?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Eine falsche Entscheidung kann die Sicherheit und den Komfort der anderen Passagiere gef\u00e4hrden.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Die Entscheidung liegt beim M\/C.
