Es wird voraus gesetzt, dass die Procedure bekannt sind und mental gefestigt. Achte darauf, alle Crew-Members aktiv in das Gespr\u00e4ch einzubinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 1:<\/strong> Solche Situationen sind meistens hektisch. Was ist wirklich wichtig?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Es geht um Safety \u2013 das Verfahren wird nur ungef\u00e4hr eingehalten, weil keine Zeit bleibt.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Im CSPM gemeinsam nachlesen, was in dieser Situation wichtig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 2:<\/strong> Das Catering-Fahrzeug steht vor T\u00fcre 1R und wechselt den Trolley in Gang und Galley. Wo ist der Threat?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Trolleys stehen im Gang \u2013 T\u00fcre 1R ist blockiert.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Wenn es zeitlich dringend ist und sofort beladen werden muss \u2013 fr\u00fchzeitig den Fahrer des Catering-Fahrzeugs via Cockpit oder Ramp Agent informieren, dass zuerst hinten beladen werden soll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 3:<\/strong> In welcher Situation soll das Cockpit w\u00e4hrend der Betankung informiert werden?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Wenn man nicht genau weiss, wie Kerosin riecht, ist es nicht m\u00f6glich, das Cockpit korrekt zu informieren.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Mach dir bewusst, wie Kerosin riecht \u2013 streng, chemisch und stechend, \u00e4hnlich wie Diesel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 4:<\/strong> Es kommt zur Evakuation. Was ist deine Aufgabe an deiner Station?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Mental nicht bereit sein \u2013 die T\u00fcre zu armieren und den Outside Check zu machen.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> In der Phase \u201eCabin Crew fuelling in progress&#8220; bis zur Ansage \u201eCabin Crew fuelling completed&#8220; mental bereit bleiben, eine Evakuation durchzuf\u00fchren.
