Es wird voraus gesetzt, dass die Procedure bekannt sind und mental gefestigt. Achte darauf, alle Crew-Members aktiv in das Gespr\u00e4ch einzubinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 1<\/strong>: Was ist die gr\u00f6sste Gefahr, bei diesem Beispiel?<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Man m\u00f6chte ganz genau wissen, aus welchem bereich der L\u00fcftung der Geruch kommt.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Ger\u00fcche aus der L\u00fcftung- die Luft wird alles zwei minuten in der Kabine umgestzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 2:<\/strong> Sollen alle CC helfen suchen, nach der Ursache?<br><strong>Threats<\/strong>: Wenn alle helfen, wollten, ist es gut m\u00f6glich, dass mehere CC nicht mehr Arbeitsf\u00e4hig sind.<br><strong>Mitigation: <\/strong>Gezielt Ein Person oder maximum 2 Personen einsetzten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 3<\/strong>: Ist es m\u00f6glich bei diesem Fumes Event mit dem PBE die Ursache zufinden?<br><strong>Threats: <\/strong>Wenn der PBE richtig angezogen ist, nimmt man keine geruch war. Angewisen, was die Passagiere sagen.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Wenn man sich nicht wohlf\u00fchlt, sofort PBE anzeigen! Feuchtes Tuch vor die Nase und gezielt nach der Ursache suchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 4:<\/strong> Nun kennen wir die Ursache. Der Geruch kommt aus der L\u00fcftung.
