{"id":163,"date":"2026-05-27T15:35:12","date_gmt":"2026-05-27T15:35:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/entwicklung.safecabin.ch\/?page_id=163"},"modified":"2026-06-28T07:10:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-28T07:10:25","slug":"medizinischer-notfall-threats-loesungsansaetze","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/entwicklung.safecabin.ch\/index.php\/medizinischer-notfall-threats-loesungsansaetze\/","title":{"rendered":"Medizinischer Notfall \u2013 Threats &amp; L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0\ufe0f Threats &amp; L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seite 2 \u2013 Threats &amp; L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 1:<\/strong> Es t\u00f6nt, als h\u00e4tte der Passagier zu viel fettige Nahrung gegessen.<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Keine Symptome abkl\u00e4ren \u2013 nur das Medikament geben und hoffen, dass es besser wird.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Fragen, ob er diese Symptome schon einmal hatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wenn ja, ist es vermutlich einfaches Sodbrennen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn nein, k\u00f6nnte es sein, dass etwas anderes dahintersteckt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 2:<\/strong> Gaviscon <em>(CSPM 6.3.2.1)<\/em><br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Die Tabelle mit den Medikamenten kann nicht schnell auf dem iPad gefunden werden.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Eine Liste befindet sich im FAK \u2013 oder setze dir eine Lesezeichen in der Library unter MyBooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 3:<\/strong> Die Symptome haben sich verschlechtert \u2013 es sind Anzeichen eines Myokardinfarkts.<br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Planlos reagieren.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Den M\/C nach NITS informieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>N:<\/strong> Passagier Sitz 20C hatte Sodbrennen \u2013 nun hat er ein Druckgef\u00fchl in der Brust, das auch in den linken Arm ausstrahlt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>I:<\/strong> Ich habe ihm Gaviscon und ein Glas Wasser gegeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T:<\/strong> Das war vor ca. 20 Minuten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S:<\/strong> Nichts weiteres \u2013 ich brauche deine Hilfe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 4:<\/strong> Der Arzt fragt nach dem Blutdruckmessger\u00e4t und dem Nitroglycerin-Spray. <em>(CSPM 6.3.3)<\/em><br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Das EMK ist schwierig zu \u00f6ffnen \u2013 und dann beginnt die Suche nach dem Material.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> EMK \u00f6ffnen \u2013 Knie gegen die Tasche halten und mit beiden H\u00e4nden die Reissverschl\u00fcsse kr\u00e4ftig nach unten ziehen. Der Arzt braucht etwas aus der orangen Box und der roten Box. Es hilft dem Arzt, wenn du weisst, wo was ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frage 5:<\/strong> Es ist wichtig, das Cockpit m\u00f6glichst schnell zu informieren. Sehr hilfreich ist das Evaluation &amp; Report Inflight Medical Case. <em>(CSPM 11.2)<\/em><br><strong>Threats:<\/strong> Zu lange abwarten, bis das Cockpit informiert wird.<br><strong>Mitigation:<\/strong> Lieber zu fr\u00fch als zu sp\u00e4t das Cockpit informieren.
